The Wraithblade Scimitar is an upgradeable weapon that has a 1/3 drop chance from Davy Jones' Locker.

The Wraithblade Scimitar is the 2nd best weapon for farming monsters, as it has almost as many most kills per second as The Caught, at around 1.09375 kps (assuming no haste buffs are active).

Ability

Attacking with the Wraithblade Scimitar will inflict "Soul Burn", a stacking debuff (if the debuff is applied when the enemy already has it, it will add a stack to it) to the enemy, dealing 1/10th of your damage to the enemy per second per stack of the debuff. The debuff lasts 10s, however this is refreshed every time a new stack is added. Once there are 10 stacks the debuff will be removed, and it will deal 3 times your Occult Damage to the current enemy (this is affected by critical chance). Once this happens "Soul Burn" will be on cooldown until 7 enemies are killed, after which it can be applied again.
